John Kelly Director of eBusiness Architecture Harvard Pilgrim Health Care |
John Kelly is currently the chief architect for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care’s e-commerce initiatives. As the Director for eBusiness Architecture, he oversees strategy development and operations related to payer/provider collaboration in support of business-to-business integration and HIT interoperability. John is also responsible for fostering strategic vendor relationships intended to advance the utility and value of HPHC’s extensive B2B capabilities.
He has over 25 years experience in Managed Care and Health Insurance spanning clinical and health center operations, IT, product and network development, member services, and claims processing.
John sits on the Board of Directors for the New England Healthcare Exchange Network (NEHEN) and NEHEN Portal LLC; He Co-Chairs the Mass Health Data Consortium’s CIO Forum and is a recognized thought leader on Payer/Provider collaboration and the use of information technology to increase the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. John has a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Simmons College.
