Leigh Koon, business lead, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Capability Development: Leigh Koon leads capability development and management of Consumer Tools at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF), providing members with integrated online tools to help them manage their health as well as their wealth. Leigh joined BCBSF in 2001, where she has worked in Human Resources, Operations, and joined the Capability Development team in 2008. Prior to joining BCBSF, Leigh worked at The University of Phoenix, Vanderbilt University and Mercantile Stores Incorporated.

Leigh holds a master's degree from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree from The University of the South - Sewanee. She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with her husband and daughter.
