Dennis R. Horrigan President and CEO CIPA WNY IPA INC.

Dennis R. Horrigan currently serves as the President and CEO of CIPA Western New York IPA, Inc. (CIPA). CIPA's mission is to make the health care system work better through clinical integration. CIPA is a partnership between Catholic Health System, Mount Saint Mary's Hospital and over 800 physicians. CIPA's clinical integration program is focused on strengthening the clinical office and its ability to deliver reliable health care by adopting best clinical and operational processes. CIPA is a Western New York leader in accelerating electronic health record adoption, meaningful use and in supporting the growth of the PCMH model.

Mr. Horrigan is an adjunct faculty member at the SUNY Buffalo School of Public Health. He has a Master's degree in Social and Preventive Medicine and has worked in a variety of health care settings including Neighborhood Health Center, Academic Medical Center and with a non for profit health maintenance organization.
