Christine Schon Vice President, Community Group Practices Dartmouth-Hitchcock |
Christine A. Schon, MPA, FACMPE, serves as Vice-President for Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Community Group Practice Divisions located in southern New Hampshire. As the senior, non-physician leader, she is responsible for overseeing the operating and financial performance of four divisions consisting of 250 providers. Other professional healthcare experience includes key roles in clinical and business operations within large, integrated healthcare systems in New York, Montana, and Oregon.
Chris holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University and is a Fellow, American College of Medical Practice Executives. She serves on the Board of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) as vice-chair. She is a member of the Value Proposition Task Force, National Patient Safety Foundation (NPSF). Chris has presented at state, local and national professional meetings on topics related to physician group practice operations. In addition, she has taught graduate level courses on medical information systems, U.S. healthcare systems and organizational development.
