A successful wound care center can be a stand-alone profit center and can also provide valuable downstream referrals for services such as vascular surgery, dermatology, orthopedics and increased intensive diabetic care. While delivering high quality care and maintaining patient safety are always paramount, your center's financial operations are essential to its success. Marketing, physician reimbursement, and Stark compliance are just a few of the factors that can make or break a center. This webinar provides a financial blueprint for designing and running a successful wound care center suitable for hospital affiliated and independent centers.
