For nearly a decade, David has worked exclusively in the health care industry, supporting organizations with their marketing and communications needs. David is an experienced strategist and dynamic problem solver, whose insight has aided countless health plans and organizations in crafting and executing effective member communications.
Prior to supporting insurance plans, David worked for them. He spent the first half of his career working in the marketing departments of various insurance carriers focusing on member acquisition and retention. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Advertising from The Ohio State University.

Donald is the Automated Document Factory Solutions Manager (ADF) for InfoPrint Solutions Company, a joint venture of Ricoh and IBM. InfoPrint provides digital output solutions for enterprises of all sizes, with special focus on Precision Marketing and Workflow enablement.
InfoPrint has been building high integrity ADF workflows since the late 1980's, and estimates the total annual number of mail pieces under control of InfoPrint ADF solutions globally to be nearly 20 billion. Donald sets InfoPrint’s ADF go-to-market strategy and creates industry awareness in how ADF solutions can reduce operational costs and help comply with regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining InfoPrint Solutions Company, Mr. Dew was a Senior Account Executive with Eric Mower and Associates, an integrated marketing communications agency with specializations in business-to-business marketing, retail, public relations and brand promotion.
