Webinar Ordering and Technical Requirements

Live Webinar Purchases

You will be emailed instructions on how to access the Webinar 24 hours prior to the start of event. Please call our customer service department at 800.647.7600 if you have any questions or fail to receive access instructions.

Online Webinar Archive Purchases

You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the archived content within 2 days after the event. Instructions for accessing the Webinar will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process.

* Please note the Online Webinar Archive is only available to view for 90 days following the Webinar. The later a purchase is made the less time it is available for viewing.

Group Registrations:

Group registration rates should be selected by the number of individual terminal Log-Ins your organization will be using. When registering a group include the Name, Title, Phone Number & Email Address of each additional attendee in the comments field.

Audio & Video:

Both audio and video for this Webinar will be streamed through your computer; there is no need to dial into a conference call! Please note: Your computer’s speakers must be on and your volume controls must not be muted.

System Requirements:

Please check http://event.on24.com/view/help/ehelp.html to test your system and find whether your system is compatible with the Webinar software or needs to be updated.

It is strongly recommended that you test your system and make the necessary updates before the day of the Webinar.
